COOLING SYSTEM
This equipment is mechanically cooled by a monopolar system. It is realized by an advanced hermetic compressor.
Refrigeration method: single-stage mechanical compressor
It adopts the cold end PID adjustment technology, which can achieve the effect of temperature control through the accurate output of the compressor cooling capacity. The whole process of cooling and maintaining the temperature below normal temperature does not require the participation of the heater, which is completely different from the balance temperature control method of cold and heat, which means the energy saving more than 30%.
This equipment uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A (CFC free) not prohibited by the Montreal Convention or the London Amendments and new US EPA laws. Cooling method: air cooling
Refrigeration auxiliary parts: The main refrigeration parts are imported, such as thermal expansion valve and pressure controller from Danfoss Company in Denmark; filter and oil separator from EMERSON Company in the United States; solenoid valve from Castel in Italy.
Refrigeration Control Checklist
AIR ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM
Air circulation device: built-in air conditioning room, circulating air duct and long axis fan. By improving the blast airflow of the air, the air flow, heating and cooling capacity are increased, and the temperature uniformity of the test chamber is greatly improved.
Air cooling method: multi-stage membrane air heat exchanger
Heating method: high-quality nickel-chromium alloy wire electric heater. (Using non-contact solid state relay control)
CONSTRUCTIVE MAIN FEATURES
Structure: the whole box adopts integral type
Material: The inner tank is imported & 1.0mm SUS304 stainless steel plate; the outer shell & 1.0mm steel plate are sprayed with plastic.
Insulation layer: high-density polyurethane foam board + glass wool, with high strength and non-flammable, non-depositing properties.
Shelf load bearing: 30kg/piece, (a total of 1 stainless steel partition)
Cable Test Holes: None.
Configuration:
The lower part of the air conditioning unit is provided with a water outlet.
The door lock is on the right side of the box, with a fully open single wing, with a silicone rubber seal (not easy to age and harden).
1x35W light, with protective cover and control switch on the control panel outside the box.
There is a gas handling unit on the rear wall of the box.
