Product introduction For IPX8 Continuous Immersion Water Ingress Testing Equipment:

The high pressure water tank is used to verify the protective performance of the enclosure for electronic and electrical products, automobiles, motorcycle parts, household appliances, seals and lamps under continuous immersion in water at degree IPX8 as per IEC 60529:2013.

The water tank is made of stainless steel, the equipment is controlled by PLC, test parameters can be set on the touch screen directly, water supply and pressure are achieved automatically.

This complete set of equipment consists of a comprehensive control cabinet, IPX8 pressure vessel, and a stainless steel stair. The intelligent water supply and control system consists of a water supply tank, a water supply system, and a control system. The test water supply flow is controlled by PLC, frequency converter, and sensors.

The principle of pressurization method Ｗater pressure pressurization, PLC program control, the current value of pressure is collected from time to time through PLC, the frequency converter controls the pump speed and frequency to pressurize, and the pressure is constant.
Water temperature control 5～30℃ can be controlled, the heating adopts stainless steel heating tube, and the cooling adopts 10HP chiller.
Allowable samples with max. dimensions 500 X 500 X 500 mm
Pressurized container SUS304 stainless steel tank, the diameter of the tank body is 800mm, and the height of the tank body is 1000mm.
