Application

It is used to conduct mechanical and electrical life tests on miniature molded case circuit breakers to assess whether the circuit breaker will experience excessive wear after 4,000 operating cycles, the position of the moving contact is inconsistent with the corresponding position of the indicating device, and the casing is damaged enough to be tested. Access to live parts, loose electrical and mechanical connections, leakage of sealing compounds, etc. to determine compliance with the standard.

Test principle This testing machine adopts PLC touch screen independent control system to complete the automatic control of the test product. The action mechanism cooperates with the load on-off to realize the durability operation test of the test product. It can complete the statistical summary of the number of tests, and the closing time and opening time can be set.

Test box The test box is combined with the test machine, with built-in three-station delay, and is arranged on the back panel by means of binding posts, which can meet the test of 1-4P circuit breaker.
Test mode

Mode 1: Circuit breakers with rated current not exceeding 32A:

The operating frequency is 240 operating cycles per hour (4 times/min). The circuit breaker shall remain open for at least 13 seconds during each operating cycle.

Mode 2: Circuit breaker with rated current greater than 32A:

The operating frequency shall be 120 operating cycles per hour (2 times/min). The circuit breaker shall remain open for at least 28 seconds during each operating cycle.

Mode three, custom

Mode 1 and mode 2 can directly call the program, and mode 3 is for the customer to set parameters by himself
