IEC60598 5 KW Large Led Lamp Testing Equipment Temperature Aging Room

Overview:

a) Inner chamber material: clean and thick flame-retardant color steel plate (the inner wall needs to be painted black)

b) Outer chamber material: sprayed color steel plate

c) Insulation material: thermal mineral wool

d) Heater: good heat dissipation

e) Refrigeration system: France TECUMSEH brand refrigeration compressor

f) Provide high temperature / heat / corrosion resistant black floor

The Large Led Lamp Testing Equipment Temperature Aging Room meets the requirements of Section 12.3 of the Chapter 12 “Endurance Test” and Annex K “Temperature Measurement” of IEC60598-1:2014.

Features:

Casters are mounted on the bottom of the luminaire test installation workbench. It is easy for installation, and can meet the installation requirements of fixed lamps (ceiling lamps, wall lamps), recessed lamps, table lamps, street lamps and other lamps. There are 2 layers on the installation workbench, overall size is about 1800mm * 1000mm * 1400 mm (length x width x height) (the first layer is about 400mm high, the second layer is about 1400mm high), each layer is equipped with about 10 power sockets. Each layer can be individually powered for 24 hours and 3 hours for power off.

The test system has excellent cost performance, long-term working temperature stability, high test data accuracy, and good test results. It is highly recommended by lighting manufacturers, quality and technical supervision and inspection agencies, and third-party testing laboratories.

The door seal is double-layer silicone rubber or neoprene rubber, there is a 400×400mm observation window, the observation window is double-layered hollow glass, the edge is inlaid with stainless steel frame, and the frame and glass are sealed with silicone rubber. The closed door adopts a structure that can be opened both inside and outside;
