Product Information:

This machine is the most direct test instrument for verifying the compressive strength of cartons or other packaging containers. It is used to determine the compressive strength of cartons, and can be used for steady pressure tests and crush tests. The results of the tests can be used as an important reference for the height of the finished product containers at the factory. The important basis for designing the packaging box. It can also be used to process testing as per IEC 62368-1:2018 clause 4.8 and 8.6.2, IEC 60950-1:2013 clause 4.1, clause 4.2.10 and IEC60065:2014 clause 12.7.3.6, etc.

The machine uses a motor drive screw to move the upper platen downwards, thereby compressing the sample; as a result, the force sensor is used in conjunction with the display to automatically display the strength value.
