Withdrawal Force And Latching Verification Test Apparatus IEC 62196-1 For Charging Gun Test
Product Information:
This withdrawal and insertion test equipment is designed and manufactured according to IEC 62196-1: 2022 clause 14.1.5, 14.1.6, 14.16 fig13, fig14, etc.
It is used to check whether the maximum force required to pull the charging gun out of the appliance socket is within the range specified by the standard. It is also used to check whether the maximum force required to insert the charging gun into the appliance socket is within the range specified by the standard.
Test principle:
Maximum pull-out force of socket: Apply the maximum pull-out force specified in the standard (the total force of the main weight, additional weight, hook (clamping device) and test plug) to the test plug, and the plug should come out of the socket.
The force of the charging gun inserted into the socket: Hold the charging gun vertically downward, place the main weight required by the standard on the charging gun, and then use a 0.8kg weight to fall freely from a height of 5cm to impact the main weight. The charging gun should be inserted into the socket to the required position of the contact
Structure features:
This device consists of a clamping device installed under the top plate A, a main weight F, an supplementary weight G and a test plug C. The frame of this device is compatible with Figure 13 and 14 of IEC 62196-1:2022, can achieve the latching device test and a withdrawal & insertion force test.
Technical Specifications:
