Metal Wide Belt Sander

General Description

This is a metalworking wideband sander for deburring, sanding, polishing, finishing, slag removal and texturing. Equipped with two powerful sanding drums and a vacuum suction table, it can efficiently handle wide metal sheets, metal plates, small and medium-sized metal workpieces for deburring, grinding and finishing. With quick belt changes, this metal wide belt sander removes slag and oxides from metal parts created by plasma or flame cutting.

Belt sanders typically have adjustable settings that control the speed of the belt, the pressure applied to the workpiece, and the type of abrasive used. This enables operators to achieve the desired surface finish and remove material to precise specifications. Some advanced models may also include additional features such as automatic feeding systems, digital controls, and multiple sanding heads to increase the machine's versatility and productivity.
