Pressed Square Waler Plate 120x120x6mm for Formwork Tie Rod Systems
Waler plate is used for timber or steel walings in conjunction with a wing nut or a hex nut for load transfer. The embossing of the plate increases its rigidity.
The pressed waler plate is a completion to the wing nut without flange. For panel formwork with steel profiles and timber wall formwork, the square plate 120 x 120 and the rectangle plate 100 x140 mm are suitable.
Load capacity depends on the contact area, the admissible bearing pressure and the thread bar that is used.
