Zirconia inserts are made of zirconia and imported baddeleyite,formed by high tension and baked in high temperature when stablized by special technology.

Different sizes and types of tundish nozzle zirconia inserts are designed and maded according to users' different steel-making conditions and requirements.

Production Process

Our high density of the zirconia nozzle insert with the normal raw material and advanced technology produced is made of the high quality of e-fuzed magnesia and zirconia grain and sand, bonding agent, through the the automatic system mixing, drying, pressing, inspecting, sintering, etc. series system process, then pack into the carton, and wooden box with the desired shipping mark sticked, then deliver to the china mainland and oversea clients.
