Our HP Zirconia based Lower Nozzle as flow controlling of steel liquid and slag refractory material widely used in the tundish in steel plant. It is most suitable to the lower nozzle (outer nozzle) below the inner nozzle (upper nozzle) of the tundish furnace, after embedded in the alumina or corundum quality body, the composite tundish nozzle can be used in the sliding system of ladle and tundish directly, do not desired to heat before using. Especially used for smelting the special high grade steel types, such as low carton steel, alloy steel etc.

Our HP Zirconia based Lower Nozzle as flow control refractory is made of the high quality of e-fuzed magnesia and zirconia grain and sand, bonding agent, through the the automatic system mixing, drying, pressing, inspecting, sintering, etc. series system process, then pack into the carton, and wooden box with the desired shipping mark sticked, then deliver to the china mainland and oversea from our factory.
