Alumina with the graphite series of material slide gate plate, such as Alumina-Carbon, Alumina-Zirconia-Carbon,Magnesia-Carbon.etc. has the low sliding times, usually 1 or 2 times. Comparing to them, Embedded our zirconia sliding gate plate in the alumina body in ladle of steel plant can sharply increase the working life of the whole slide gate plate, and it can reach the -4-6 slide times continuously, even more times.
