Our 5.1g/cm3 of the zirconia slide plate inserts widely used in the large capacity of ladle and tundish in steel plant. It has the better quality quality, the longer working life than our normal 5.4g/cm3 one, after embedded in the alumina-carbon body, can be used in the sliding system of ladle and tundish directly, do not desired to heat before using. Especially used for smelting the special high grade steel types, such as low carton steel, alloy steel etc.

Production Process

Our 5.1g/cm3 of the zirconia slide plate inserts is made of the high quality of e-fuzed magnesia and zirconia grain and sand, bonding agent, through the the automatic system mixing, drying, inspecting, pressing, inspecting, sintering,inspecting, etc. series system process, then pack into the carton, and wooden box with the desired shipping mark sticked, then deliver to the china mainland and oversea from our factory.

After the buyer's produced the alumina carton body, then matched the zirconia insert with the refractory mortar or press directly, then supply them to the ladle or tundish workshop of steel plant.

Inspection times in production process

1. After Mixing, inspect the water content of material,

2. After pressing, inspect the size,missing angle, etc. of semi-finished products

3. After sintering, inspect the size, missing angle, cave, etc. of finished products

4. Before packing, inspect the size, missing angle, cave,of the finished prodcuts again.
