What is Air Pillow film?

How long is the effective air retention period?
HDPE is used as the raw material with a thickness of 20um and very good toughness. Use our high-performance inflator for heat sealing and inflation, and the effective air can be sealed for up to 60 days. Of course, the material thickness can be customized, kindly feel free to contact our customer service to state your requirements.
Can I customize and print my logo?

2.A ctn of 4 rolls, each ctn 14.5kg, carton size: 35*35*23cm, a card board 1.1*1.1*0.156M, can hold 63 ctns.
3.1~6 boxes can be ordered directly in the system. Please contact customer service for more than 100kg. We will recommend the cheapest freight forwarder in the market to reduce your transportation cost.
4.DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT and Ababaliba'ba logistics. We will send the tracking code to your email one to three days after delivery, global shipping time, 3~9days.
5.The global shipping by sea is 20-35 days and the air transportation time is 4-12 days. Invoice, packing list and bill of lading will be provided in time after delivery.
6. the paper tube of film roll normally is 2.5'', if you need 3.5'' or other requirements, pls kindly feel free to contact our customer service
7. the length of each roll can be customized, normal 500m per roll. 300M or 900M or 1800M also can be customized.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 10,000 bags.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1 roll for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-15 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on air packaging product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, we will add additional number on your formal order number in case of defect products.
