Working Principle

1. The sludge is transported to the flocculation mixing device through the sludge inlet pump, and the polymer flocculant is injected into the flocculation mixing tank, and the alum flower is formed after the reaction between the stirred sludge and the polymer flocculant.

2. The sludge after alum formation enters the dehydration section after gravity concentration of the concentration section of the main body.

3. The screw pitch of the screw shaft of the dewatering section decreases gradually along the direction of the sludge cake discharge outlet, because the compression of the back pressure plate increases the internal pressure in the main body, so as to achieve the purpose of dehydration. After dehydration, the sludge cake is discharged.

4. It is possible to determine whether the foundation needs to be built and the height of the foundation according to the actual height of the equipment bearing the mud cake. Because the dehydrator will not vibrate during operation, it is unnecessary to embed screws. After the goods arrive at the site, they can be fixed with expansion screws.

5. The drain outlet of the mixing tank is closed when the dehydrator is running. It is only opened when the mixing tank is cleaned. The pipe is connected to the sludge tank.

6. The control system of a dosing pump and a sludge transfer pump is built in the electric control cabinet of the dehydrator. Please refer to the circuit diagram for wiring.

Working Process

1. The sludge extracted from the biochemical reaction tank is transported to the coagulation and mixing tank.

2. Agglutinate and mix with polyethylene iron and polymer in the mixing tank to form a gel plume.

3. The gel plume is concentrated by gravity at the concentration section, and a large amount of filtrate is discharged from the filter slot of the concentration section.

4. The thickened sludge will continue to move forward along the direction of rotation of the spiral axis and be fully dehydrated under the internal pressure formed by the back pressure plate.

5. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the gap formed between the back pressure plate and the main body of the screw stacker.
