Description

Chemical Dosing Machine Polymer Dosing System for Sewage Treatment

The function of the automatic drug dosing device is to dissolve and dilute the powder or liquid flocculant into flocculant solution. The powdery agent in the hopper is sent into the mixer through the quantitative feeding device, and enters into the solution tank after completely mixing with water. The mixed liquid forms a solution of uniform concentration after multi-stage mixing, and finally enters into the liquid storage tank, and is added to the dosing point through the metering pump.


Product Features


1. High degree of automation, the system is controlled by PLC, with intuitive human-computer interface, and easy and convenient operation.
2. The dosing system is stable and reliable. In case of failure, relevant equipment will automatically stop as required.
3. The screw feeder is used to feed powder, and the speed closed-loop control is used to ensure that the feeding is uniform, dispersed, and the accuracy is within 1%.
4. Under the specified production capacity and continuous liquid feeding conditions, the curing time of the prepared solution shall be guaranteed to be more than 2 hours. Its preparation concentration is 0.05% - 0.5%.
5. The box is made of 304 stainless steel and PVC.
6. The three-tank overflow solution operation system is adopted to make the equipment simple in structure, small in volume and convenient in installation. The dosing machine is suitable for continuous dissolution and continuous addition of chemicals.
