The main body of the volute type sludge dewatering machine consists of a concentration section and a dewatering section. The concentration section and dehydration section are composed of a fixed ring and a moving ring, respectively. The mobile ring is equipped with an independent automatic cleaning system. During the dehydration operation, the mobile ring can clean the filter joint in a timely manner under the push of the mobile shaft, preventing solids from blocking the filter area. Ensure maximum continuous and stable operation of equipment while saving clean water.


working principle

The equipment is supported by a four point walking beam across the horizontal sedimentation tank, which is driven bilaterally.Rails are laid on both sides of the tank. When running from one section of the tank to the other end of the tank, the equipment absorbs mud while walking, bumps into the stroke control, turns back to walk, and returns to absorb mud, completing a work cycle.

The travelling pump suction dredger is composed of working bridge, suction pipe, sludge discharge pipe, submerged suction pump,driving mechanism, electric cabinet, track, up sliding or sliding cable, etc.
