Reverse osmosis technology is a modern high-tech developed in China in recent years. Reverse osmosis is to apply a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure to the solution, so that water can be separated from the solution through a special semi permeable membrane. This process is called reverse osmosis because it is opposite to osmosis. According to the different osmotic
pressure of various materials, a reverse osmosis method greater than the osmotic pressure can be used for a certain solution to achieve the purpose of separation, extraction, purification and concentration of the solution. The reverse osmosis device is mainly used to separate the ion range in the solution. It does not need heating and has no phase change process. Therefore, it consumes less energy than the traditional method. The reverse osmosis device has small volume, simple operation and wide application range. Using reverse osmosis device to treat industrial water does not consume a large amount of acid and alkali, has no secondary pollution, and its operation cost is relatively low.

Technological process
Raw water → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → cationic resin softener (optional) → precision filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis device → ozone sterilization system → pure water tank
Process flow description
1,The first stage pretreatment system adopts quartz sand multi-media filter, which is mainly used to remove substances harmful to human body with particles above 20um, such as sediment, manganese, rust, colloidal substances, mechanical impurities, suspended
solids, etc. The automatic filtration system adopts imported fulike controller, which can automatically perform a series of operations such as backwashing and forward flushing. At the same time, the equipment has a self-maintenance system with low operation cost. Filter materials mainly include: PPF, AC coconut carbon, etc.
2,The second stage pretreatment system adopts activated carbon filter to remove the pigment, odor and a large amount of biochemical organic matter in the water, and reduce the residual chlorine value in the water, pesticide pollution and other pollutants harmful
to human body. The automatic filtration system adopts imported fulike controller, which can automatically perform a series of operations such as backwashing and forward flushing.
3,The third stage pretreatment system uses cation resin to soften the water, mainly to remove the hardness of the water. The hardness of water is mainly composed of calcium (ca2+) and magnesium (mg2+). When raw water containing hardness ions passes
through the resin layer, ca2+ and mg2+ in the water are exchanged and adsorbed by the resin. At the same time, sodium na+ ions are released from the same mass. The water from the water softener is the softened water with the hardness ions removed. So as to effectively prevent reverse osmosis membrane scaling. The system can automatically perform recoil, forward stroke, etc. Intelligent resin regeneration can be carried out to prolong the service life of the system.
4,The fourth stage pretreatment system uses a 5-micron aperture precision filter to further purify the water and optimize the turbidity and chromaticity of the water. Ensure the water inlet requirements of RO system. The main machine system of the purified water equipment adopts reverse osmosis technology for desalination. The pore diameter of the reverse osmosis membrane is only 0.0001 μ m, which can remove harmful soluble solids, bacteria, viruses, etc. the desalination rate reaches more than 99.6%, and produces purified water that meets the national standards. The main machine part includes security filter, high-pressure pump and
reverse osmosis membrane. The security filter is the fourth level pretreatment system above. The high-pressure pump is one of the core equipment on the main machine, Provide enough pressure for the reverse osmosis membrane element to overcome the osmotic pressure and running resistance and meet the rated water output of the device. Ozone sterilization system ozone has strong oxidizability and has four functions: sterilization, oxidation, decolorization and deodorization. When used for water disinfection, when the concentration is 4mg/l, all bacteria can be killed in 0.5-1 minutes. At the same time, ozone dissolves in water to form oxygen rich water, which ensures the pure freshness of water without losing water activity.
