2t/H Integrated Automatic Pure Water Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment Groundwater Filtration Device

Reverse osmosis technology is a modern high-tech developed in China in recent years. Reverse osmosis is to apply a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure to the solution, so that water can be separated from the solution through a special semi permeable membrane. This process is called reverse osmosis because it is opposite to osmosis. According to the different osmotic
pressure of various materials, a reverse osmosis method greater than the osmotic pressure can be used for a certain solution to achieve the purpose of separation, extraction, purification and concentration of the solution. The reverse osmosis device is mainly used to separate the ion range in the solution. It does not need heating and has no phase change process. Therefore, it consumes less energy than the traditional method. The reverse osmosis device has small volume, simple operation and wide application range. Using reverse osmosis device to treat industrial water does not consume a large amount of acid and alkali, has no secondary pollution, and its operation cost is relatively low.

Main Features
The system adopts advanced reverse osmosis membrane, high-efficiency, low-noise high-pressure pump and accurate instruments to form an independent reverse osmosis system. The whole reverse osmosis system has advanced electrical control, which can control the start and stop of high-pressure pump, automatic high and low pressure protection, automatic fast flushing and other functions.It has the characteristics of compact structure, low operation cost, simple operation and so on.
Technological process
1. Raw water → raw water tank → raw water booster pump → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → water softener → precision filter → high pressure pump → primary reverse osmosis equipment → pure water tank → pure water pump → water consumption point (outlet water conductivity: ≤ 10us/cm).
2. Raw water → raw water booster pump → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → water softener → precision filter → primary high-pressure pump → primary reverse osmosis → secondary high-pressure pump → secondary reverse osmosis (reverse osmosis membrane surface is positively charged) → pure water tank → pure water pump → water consumption point (outlet water conductivity: ≤ 2us/cm).
