The screw extrusion principle and the small gap between the movable ring and the fixed ring are used to realize a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment for squeezing and dewatering sludge.
Working principle
After gravity thickening in the thickening section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. In the process of advancing, with the gradual reduction of the filter seam and screw pitch, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, great pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced, so as to achieve full dehydration.
