The stacked screw type sludge dehydrator is a new type of sludge dehydrator. It combines the spiral shaft with the dynamic and static rings to form a new filter pressing method. Compared with the three types of sludge dewatering machinery commonly used at present, the plate frame filter press, belt type dehydrator, and horizontal screw centrifuge, it has its uniqueness and superiority, and has been more and more widely used.
Working process
① The sludge in the sludge storage tank is transported to the metering tank by the sludge transfer pump.
② The sludge transported to the metering tank flows to the flocculation mixing tank quantitatively through the quadrangle weir, and the surplus part returns from the liquid level regulating pipe.
③ Polymer flocculant is added into the flocculation mixing tank. After stirring, the sludge and polymer flocculant fully react to form stable alum flowers and are sent to the snails stacking body.
④ Under the action of the spiral axis, alum flowers are concentrated by gravity in the concentration section and pushed towards the dehydration section at the same time.
⑤ The gap between the movable ring and the fixed ring of the dehydration unit gradually becomes smaller, and there is a back pressure plate at the sludge cake outlet to form a forward resistance, so as to ensure that the sludge is fully dehydrated in the dehydration unit, and finally discharged in the form of sludge cake.
Product advantages
1. It is suitable for dehydration of high and low concentration sludge. When dewatering low concentration (2000mg/L) sludge, it is unnecessary to build thickener and storage tank, reduce construction cost, and reduce phosphorus release and anaerobic odor generation.
2. It does not block, reduces the water consumption for washing, saves perfume fees, and reduces the internal circulation burden caused by the backflow of cleaning water.
3. The electric control cabinet, flocculation mixing tank and dehydration main body are integrated to reduce the floor area, and the installation is simple and convenient.
4. The dehydrator is basically in closed operation, and the treatment is stable and timely, so as to minimize the on-site odor and improve the manual working environment.
5. Realize fully automatic 24-hour operation and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
6. The spiral shaft has low running speed, 2-3r/min, low power consumption, and basically no vibration and noise on site.
7. The body is almost made of stainless steel, which can maximize the service life. Only the spiral shaft and movable ring are replaced, so the service cycle is long.
