Acid base flocculant PAM dosing device full automatic PAC dry powder dosing system
The three tank integrated dosing device is a new concept chemical water treatment dosing device, which is widely used in boiler water treatment systems, raw water treatment systems and wastewater treatment systems in thermal power generation, petroleum, chemical and other industries. It is composed of metering pump, solution tank, control system, pipeline, valve and other components installed on the same base to realize the functions of solution mixing and metering. According to its use, there are hydrazine deoxygenation dosing device, corrosion inhibitor dosing device, pH regulating acid (alkali) dosing device and ferrous sulfate coating dosing device.

Application
1) The dosing of wastewater and sewage treatment in environmental protection is mainly used for wastewater and sewage treatment in cities, industrial and mining enterprises, large hotels and restaurants.
2) Dosing in boiler of power plant: feed water ammonia dosing, hydrazine dosing, boiler water phosphate dosing, coordinated control of boiler water phosphate dosing, condensate ammonia dosing, etc.
3) Chemical liquid is injected into the boiler, which is mainly used in thermal power plants, chemical industry, metallurgy, ships, central heating and other occasions where boilers are used.
4) Water treatment dosing: adding flocculant, coagulant aid and defoamer to sewage.
5) It is used for pretreatment and dosing of tap water supply, mainly in urban waterworks, large-scale enterprises' own waterworks, textile printing and dyeing, steel, paper and other industries.
6) Dosing outside the boiler of the power plant: adding flocculant to the raw water, adding coagulant aid to the raw water, adding stabilizer (corrosion inhibitor) to the circulating water, adding scale inhibitor to the circulating water, adding bactericide to the circulating water, adding ammonia to the start-up boiler room, adding phosphate to the start-up boiler room, and coating ferrous sulfate on the condenser.
