The dosing device is a complete set of equipment integrating dosing, stirring, liquid conveying and automatic control.
The dosing device has the characteristics of compact structure, simple safety, simple operation, etc.
The dosing device is mainly composed of solution tank, mixer, metering pump, electric control cabinet, pipeline, valve, etc. (it can be configured according to the actual requirements of users).
Working Principle
The dosing device shall be prepared in the mixing tank according to the required concentration of the agent, and then put into the solution tank after being evenly stirred by the agitator. The metering pump (dosing pump) shall be used to deliver the prepared solution to the dosing point or the designated system.
The dosing amount and pressure of the phosphate dosing device can be selected according to the needs of the industrial process. The flow is from 1L/h to 8000L/h, and the pressure is from 0.1MPa to 25MPa. The metering accuracy of the metering pump can be as high as ± 1%, and multiple media can be transported simultaneously and adjusted separately.
Product Classification
The dosing device is also called dosing system and dosing equipment.Dosing devices can be divided into three categories according to the use occasions.
1. Oilfield dosing device. It is mainly used to inject flocculants, scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers and other pharmaceutical solutions into the wellhead and other systems on the platform during oil exploitation.
2. Boiler dosing device. It can be used to add ammonia and hydrazine to boiler feed water, add ammonia and hydrazine to condensate, add ammonia and hydrazine to boiler shutdown protection, and add phosphate to steam boilers, mainly for power plants and power stations.
3. Water treatment dosing device. In the process of water treatment, chemicals are added to tap water, waste water and sewage. It is mainly used for water supply and drainage treatment, environmental protection and other processes. Such as waterworks, hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, etc.
