The chain sludge scraper is a supporting equipment for the sedimentation tank in sewage treatment. It is specially designed to remove grease, colloid and sludge at the bottom of the tank from industrial and urban sewage. The chain oil scraper and mud scraper are characterized by adjusting measures to local conditions, flexible slag removal control, stable operation, convenient operation, simple maintenance and long service life.
Working principle
The chain mud scraper is used to continuously remove suspended solids floating on the water surface and sludge at the bottom of the pool. The oil scraper moves along the pool surface and bottom and pushes the suspended solids from the inlet end of the liquid level to the outlet end. The scraper of the oil scraper and mud scraper is fixed at both ends of the chain, and the oil scraper and mud scraper are driven by driving the sprocket transmission device. The oil scraper and mud scraper move along the entire width of the tank to scrape pollutants into the slag discharge tank and sludge into the sludge bucket.
Performance characteristics
1. The moving speed of the scraper is moderate, which has little disturbance to the sewage and is conducive to the sedimentation of suspended solids.
2. The scraper makes continuous rotary movement in the pool, and does not need to reverse back and forth. The drive device is located on the platform of the pool surface, so power distribution and maintenance are very simple.
3. It can also be used as slag skimmer without additional mechanism.
