The spiral main body of the dehydrator is a filtering device formed by overlapping the fixed ring and the movable ring, and the spiral shaft penetrates through them. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section. Thickening, pressing and dewatering of sludge are completed together, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtering method with a good filter body structure.

Working Principle


When the equipment is running, the sludge enters the filter cartridge from the feeding port and moves towards the discharge port after receiving the push of the spiral shaft rotary vane. As the screw pitch between the spiral shaft rotary vane gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and the sludge begins to dehydrate under the effect of differential pressure. The water flows out from the filtering gap between the fixed ring and the movable ring. At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed ring and the movable ring to clean the filtering gap to prevent blockage, The mud cake is fully dehydrated and discharged from the discharge port under the promotion of the spiral shaft.
