3m3/h U type carbon steel shaftless screw conveyor feed sludge shaft spiral conveyor

Shaftless screw conveyor conveys materials through a strong rotating steel screw, which can effectively convey dry, wet, sticky,powdery and rough materials. Changing the design of shaftless screw can effectively prevent the impact of blocking and winding, so that the conveyor can transport different materials conveniently.

Main Features
1. Simple structure, no bearing in the conveying trough, smooth material conveying
2. The whole conveying process is carried out in a closed conveying trough, and materials will not overflow to avoid secondary pollution;

Application scenarios
Shaftless screw conveyor is mainly used for conveying grid slag and sludge cake of sludge dehydrator in sewage treatment plant. Structure and working principle: this type of shaftless screw conveyor is composed of driving device, shaftless screw, U-shaped groove, inner liner, cover plate, feed hopper, discharge port, etc. Its working principle is: materials enter the conveyor from the feed hopper, and are pushed to the outlet by the rotating shaftless screw.
Installation form
The standard type is fixed horizontal installation on the ground or inclined installation. It can also provide hanging type, mixed fixed inclined installation on the ground and hanging type, mobile type (which can rotate around the axis of the feed inlet) and other special installation modes according to the user's requirements.
