Structural principle

The main body of the dehydrator is a filtering device formed by overlapping the fixed ring and movable ring, and the spiral shaft runs through them. The small movable filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the movable ring filters the filtrate, and the inner cavity formed by the spiral shaft and the ring sheet is filled with flocculating particles, which is compressed to the end back pressure plate during rotation and forms mud cake. The spiral shaft rotates and drives the traveling ring to move up, down, left and right continuously to clean the filter seam and prevent clogging.

Working principle

After gravity thickening in the thickening section, the sludge is transported to the dehydration section. In the process of advancing, with the gradual reduction of the filter seam and screw pitch, and the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a large internal pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
