Stainless steel half bridge peripheral drive mud scraper manufacturer sedimentation tank sludge treatment equipment
The whole machine is mainly composed of half (full) bridge, driving device, central rotary support, movable arm, mud scraper, skimming device, water weir and other steel structures. The equipment is widely used for scraping and removing sludge from large and medium-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks. The structure is central buttress, peripheral transmission, and scum removal device.
At the same time, the equipment is also an ideal sludge discharge equipment with remarkable energy-saving effect and convenient daily maintenance.
Working Principle
Half bridge peripheral drive mud scraper: sewage flows out evenly from the inlet pipe in the center of the pool to the periphery in a radial manner after diffusion through the diversion cylinder. Suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the pool after sedimentation. The supernatant is discharged from the tank through the overflow weir plate, and the sludge is scraped from the periphery of the pool to the central sludge sump through the scraper plate. The sludge is discharged from the pool through the sludge discharge pipe depending on the water pressure in the pool.
