Working principle

The stacked screw sludge dehydrator is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the screw extrusion principle to squeeze and dewater sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, as well as the small gap between the movable ring and the fixed ring. The laminated spiral filter pressing mode has the function of self-cleaning the filter seam.
