Description

It is mainly used for sludge dewatering. After dewatering, the water content of the sludge can be reduced to 75% - 85%. The stacked screw type sludge dehydrator integrates fully automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, sludge thickening and dewatering body and liquid collecting tank. It can achieve efficient flocculation under the condition of fully automatic operation, and continuously complete the sludge thickening and pressing dewatering, and finally return or discharge the collected filtrate.

Working Principle

When the equipment is running, the sludge enters the filter cartridge from the feed port and is pushed to the discharge port by the spiral blades. As the screw pitch of the spiral shaft gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and the sludge begins to dehydrate under the effect of the pressure. The water flows out from the gap between the fixed ring and the movable ring. At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed ring and the movable ring to clean the filtering gap, which is not easy to block, The sludge cake is discharged from the discharge port under the propulsion of the spiral shaft after dehydration.
