Structure and Working Principle

The NL type chain plate mud scraper and slag scraper are mainly composed of driving device, driving wheel group, guide rail and trailer, scraper group, driven wheel group, chain tensioning mechanism, slag collecting pipe and other components.

When the NL chain-plate type mud scraper is running, the chain drives the scraper to make a continuous rotation in the pool, scraping the sludge at the bottom of the pool into the sludge collecting tank, and can scrape the floating oil or scum on the surface of the pool.
