Application

ZG is a new product that integrates the three functions of fine bar trash treatment, bar slag screw lifting and squeezing. The equipment can be installed in the channel or in the container. This machine is mainly used in municipal sewage treatment and industrial wastewater treatment projects to intercept solids.

Structure and Working Principle

The bar sheet is made into a drum-shaped screen basket according to the bar gap. The treated water flows in from the front of the screen basket, filters through the bar, and flows to the outlet of the pool. The bar slag is trapped on the bar surface. When the water level difference inside and outside the bar reaches a certain value, The rotary toothed rake installed on the central shaft rotates to clean the dirt. When the slag-cleaning toothed rake picks up the dirt to the top of the basket, it starts to unload the slag (the slag that can fall under its own weight is discharged into the slag slot), and then After turning 15° backward, the slag cleaning tooth plate at the top of the basket automatically scrapes the slag adhering to the rake teeth and discharges it into the slag slot. The bar slag is lifted by the screw conveyor at the bottom of the trough, and is discharged after being squeezed and dehydrated in the upper pressing section.

Main Features

This machine is composed of bar basket, screw elevator, screw press, tooth rake mechanism, tooth cleaning plate, support frame, slag discharge pipe and other components. Due to its special work, it has the following characteristics:

1. The bar and water flow form 35. Angle, because of the formation of baffles, even a lot of dirt with a thickness smaller than the gap of the bar screen can be separated.

2. The bar screen is equipped with a flushing device, a rake blocking device, and a self-cleaning function.

3. The cylindrical structure increases the flow rate of the grille compared to the traditional bar screen, reduces the head loss, and reduces the accumulation plane in front of the grille.

4. All the parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, and are treated by pickling and passivation. In all civil sewage and most industrial water, it has strong anti-corrosion performance and long life.

5. The integrated fishing, conveying, and compression treatment through the bar screen not only saves floor space, but also reduces the cost of subsequent garbage disposal.

6. There is almost no need for maintenance, no need to refuel on the rotating point, and the drive unit has very few refueling times.
