Application
Screw conveyor is a kind of machinery that uses a motor to drive spiral rotation and push materials to achieve the purpose of conveying. 3) Compact size, small section size, and small floor space. It is easy to get in and out of hatches and carriages during unloading operations in ports.

Structural features
(1) The spiral blades of the screw conveyor have three types: solid spiral surface type, belt spiral surface type and blade spiral surface type. The solid spiral surface is called the s manufacturing method. The spiral pitch of the GX type is 0.8 times the diameter of the blade. The LS type screw conveyor is suitable for conveying powder and granular materials. The belt spiral surface is also called the D manufacturing method, and its spiral pitch is the same as the diameter of the spiral blade, which is suitable for conveying powder and small materials. The blade type spiral surface is less used, and is mainly used for conveying high viscosity and compressible materials. During the conveying process, stirring and mixing are completed at the same time. The spiral pitch is about 1.2 times the diameter of the spiral blade.
(2) The screw blades of the screw conveyor have two rotation directions, left-handed and right-handed.
(3) The types of screw conveyors include horizontal fixed screw conveyors and vertical screw conveyors. The horizontal fixed screw conveyor is the most commonly used type.
