Application

Belt conveyor is the abbreviation of belt conveyor. The belt conveyor uses the continuous or intermittent movement of the conveyor belt to transport various items of different light and weight. It can transport various bulk materials, as well as various cartons, packaging bags and other single items with different weights. Large cargo, wide range of uses.

Main Features

1. The equipment is reliable in operation, with large conveying capacity, long conveying distance, multi-point loading materials and continuous conveying, etc.

2. The driving device adopts oil-cooled electric drum, with protection grade IP55, compact structure, small floor space and easy maintenance.

3. The equipment adopts spiral tensioning device to ensure the safe, reliable and effective operation of the conveyor belt.

4. Conveyor belt material is butyl rubber, and adopts vulcanization connection method, which is convenient for cleaning, corrosion resistance and long life.

5. There are slag baffles on both sides of the upper trough-shaped supporting rod, so that the slag sewage does not flow and overflow, and the environment is clean.

6. Easy operation, no blockage, convenient maintenance, can be arranged horizontally, and can be conveyed at an inclined angle. It is an ideal equipment for conveying grille slag.

Structure and Working Principle

The equipment adopts a continuous trough belt type. The material falls on the conveyor belt from the bar or the discharge port of the dewatering machine. Driven by the electric drum, the material moves from one end to the other, and the end is connected with the trash can to deal with.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
