DDSY150 single-phase electronic prepaid energy meter (hereinafter referred to as the meter) uses microelectronic technology to measure the electric energy. It conforms to the standard of GB/T 17215.321-2008 (IEC 62053-21: 2003, IDT) and GB/T18460.3-2001. Using the full shielded, full-sealed structure, and with the advanced SCM processing system for data collection, processing and preservation. With the feature of good antielectromagnetic interference, low consumption and power-saving, high-precision without calibration, prevention of electricity stealing, high overload, and long life.

• Each meter has its card all alone, IC cards held by users shall not exchange. Buy a new IC card from power supply department (electricity selling place) when losing the card.
• ​The way of purchasing electricity: When sells the electricity, inserts the IC card into the reader-writer, at the same time, operating the computer, user code, the electric quantity purchased in advance, alarm quantity of electricity, limits capacity mode and power and so on being encrypted shall write into the IC card.
• When using, inserts the IC card into card socket, if it is an effective IC card, the data will be read into meter automatically, the LCD display the purchased quantity of electricity, total purchased quantity of electricity, times of meter, warning quantity of electricity, limit quantity of credit, limits capacity power in turn. And IC card shall be preserved properly after removing IC card.
• During the operation period, dump energy, total electric quantity shall be displayed in turn.
• During the operation period, if the “alarm lamp” blinks quickly, which warning users that they use the electricity hyper-capacity. If the mode is set to be hyper-capacity power-cut capacity limit, and after users use the electricity hyper-capacity for 30 seconds, it will switch off the power 3 minutes, and displays the time of restoring the power by count down(180 seconds). If the user inserts the card, it can restore the power supply.
• If the electric quantity overflow (purchased quantity of electricity + dump energy > 10000kWh), purchased quantity of electricity can not to read in, the LCD displays dump energy, the electric quantity in the card was still effective.
• Pre-warning: if dump energy less than twice of the warning quantity of electricity, the twinkling interval of “alarm lamp” becomes 2 seconds, which can avoid power off warning.

• The meter shall be installed indoors or in the meter box outdoors.
• The meter is suitable for the environment as follows:
• ambient temperature is -20℃～+50℃;
• relative humidity are not more than 85％.
• And the surrounding air shall not contain corrosive gas, and avoid the influence of dust, salt fog, condensation, etc.
