5 Roof framing: AS/NZ standard Light steel roof truss

6 Roof: asphalt shingle or ceramic tile , or steel sandwich panel roofing

7 Cladding :fiber cement board , sandwich panel, ALC panel etc.

8 Fascia: treated pipe board

9 Spouting: PVC down water piping system

10 Windows: Aluminun windows or PVC windows

11 Ceiling :9mm gypsum board for dry area, fiber cement board for wet area
