Instruction:
PM-3000 Intelligent Pressure Gauges have full electronic structure and use battery-powered, so they are very
easy for on-site installation. Specifically, front-end high-precision piezoresistive pressure sensor is used and the output
signal is processed by the high-precision, low temperature drift amplifier, then sent into the high-precision A/D
converter to be converted into digital signal, after computing and processing the actual pressure value is showed on
the LCD display.

1.Summary
PM-3000 Digital Pressure Gauge Series are designed for pressure applications that involve measurement of any media compatible with 316 stainless steel. Designed for battery operation, this digital gauge has an automatic shutoff feature allowing the user to walk away after taking a reading .Water-proof housing adopted for harsh environment is our big advantage.

5. Installation
PM-3000 can be directly mounted in the hydraulic pipe through the pressure pipe joints (M20*1.5) other size fittings available when ordering .In critical applications , such as severe vibration or shock , pressure hose pipe connection can be micro-mechanical decoupling.
Note: The range less than 100Kpa must be installed vertically.
6. Battery Replacement
Remove back cover in the direction of arrow of the unit carefully remove battery from the holders by lifting up the positive end of the battery (opposite the spring) .Take care not to bend or distort the battery retention springs. Do NOT discard the old battery into fire, any other sources of extreme heat ,or in any other hazardous manner. Always replace both batteries at the same time with high quality alkaline laminated batteries. Observe the polarity of the batteries when replace them. The negative (flat) end of batteries should be inserted first and should face the spring in the battery holder. Replace the back cover, including the rubber sealing gasket.
