Attention and read carefully :

1). In Initial state, no unlock information is needed to unlock. Please press "*#" to set your administrator information immediately.

2). In open mode, no information is needed to unlock. Please press "5#" then enter administrator information to set it.

3). Lock gives warning alarm every unlocking when power under 4.8 V. Please change the battery in time. For emergency, you can use the key or charge it by micro USB interface at lock bottom.

Q: Can I get a sample to test?
A: Sure. Some we offer free sample and some not. Contact us to confirm.

Q: Sample shipping way and delivery time?
A: 5-10 days by express like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc or other economic ways for some certain countries.

Q: How many days needed for the samples and lead time?
A: Sample within 3-5 days. Normally 20-30 days lead time for bulk order within 5000 pc. Qty more than 5000 nogotiated.

Q: Can you do it OEM or ODM? What about the Confidentiality?
