Generally, tantalum electrolytic capacitors can work normally at temperatures ranging from - 50 C to 100 C. Although aluminium electrolysis can also work within this range, the electrical performance of tantalum electrolytic capacitors is far inferior to that of tantalum capacitors.

• Tantalum oxide film in tantalum capacitor with long life, high insulation resistance and low leakage current can not only resist corrosion, but also maintain good performance after long working time.
