30CrMo steel is alloy steel for engineering and mechanical structural purposes, with high strength and toughness, and good high temperature strength at temperatures below 500°C. The 30CrMo material also has good machinability, moderate cold bending ductility and plasticity, high hardenability, good weldability, and is usually used in a conditioned state.

4130 Structural Steel Feature

1. 4130 structural steel has high strength and toughness, high hardenability,

2. 4130 structural steel has sufficient high temperature strength below 500 °C, but its strength decreases significantly at 550 °C;

3. The machinability of steel is good, and the plasticity is moderate during cold deformation; during heat treatment, it has the first type of temper brittleness in the range of 300-350 °C; there is a tendency to form white spots.

4130 (30CrMo) alloy steel can be used to make steel pipes with working temperature below 400°C, fasteners in boilers and steam turbines with working temperature below 450°C, nuts and flanges with working temperature below 500°C and high pressure, and general Load machinery; shafts, gears, bolts, studs, manipulators, high pressure conduits and weldments in chemical equipment below 250°C, nitrogen to medium working pressures.
