Adopting the latest gas-electric lightweight design, the machine can finish a cutting schedule without shear stress in one time, which is particularly applicable to the precision SMD or sheet. The bow waves and micro crack will be generated when not using circular knife. This machine employ the wedge tool to cut board linearly, so that the shear stress is minimized and the sensitive SMD components and even capacitors are not affected. In this way , the potential quality risk is dropped to a minimum. There is no concerns on safety with a cutting schedule under 1-2mm. The blade is made of high speed steel by precision grinding, it is reusable after grinding. And the machine applies to sheet without V-CUT.

1. Cutting with the double straight knife, it is especially suitable for the segmentation of precision SMD sheet and aluminum PCB.

2. With guilotine operation, it applies to PCB of all kinds of thickness, whose board schedule is less than 1-2mm, so there is no concerns about safety.

3. The inner stress when cutting will be under 180uE, in case of a soder crack and the damage of precision components.

4. The minimum width between the edge of V-groove and the parts is 0.3mm, and the maximum height is 70mm.

5. We provide free grinding of the blade after its abrasion .

6. The cutting rate is one segmentation for one second, controlled by pneumatic pedal switch.

7. The starting of the cutting set is for passive, so that the cutting tangent and position is under secure control. With little stress when cutting, there will no soder crack.

8. With cutting of nonroller (circular knife, straight knife ) type, there is no dust, no motor drive, and no carbon powder pollution.

9. With no-rubbing type cutting, there is no metal residue.

10. The blade can be used 600000/times without power supply, avoiding the loss and change of electrical products.

11. The machine uses 5-7kg air compressor without specific cutting place, and it is ok to wipe its appearance with the anti-rust oil for maintenance.
