The HW-DSQ800-120F is our most popular model with Vision. The HW-DSQ800-120F offers technologically advanced features with 260mm x 400mm work area, 120 single feeder positions where quick setup, easy of operation and high reliability are paramount.

The HW vision System assist allows accurate placement of 0201, BGA, QFN, QFP,LED and a wide range of virtually all SMT components.

8 groups of independent mounting heads - 8 groups of mounting heads are distributed with different nozzles, which are suitable for the mounting requirements of products with more specifications.
8 groups of mounting heads can realize the double arms and four heads pick simultaneously,pick up the material at same time, The picking efficiency is improved greatly.
The mounting head can rise and fall independently, rotate from 0 to 360 degrees, and mount up to 20 mm components.
