Q: What is the difference of automatic line and semi automatic line ?

A: SMT production line mainly include stencil printer , pick and place machine, oven machine.

The big difference of auto line and semi-auto line is the price and the labor. Automatic line required higher cost but save much cost of labor. Usually one operator is enough. But semi automatic line need at least 2 workers.
Q: Which kind of raw material should I prepared for SMT Line?

A:For SMT line, the raw material need to be prepared mainly include:

PCB: It is the support body of electronic components ;

Solder paste/ stencil for Stencil printer machine;

Components(such as led chip, resistor, IC, etc)/ Feeders/ Nozzles for Pick and place machine;
