Solder paste printer machine: The solder paste is Stencil printed on the PCB board through the Stencil of the printer.

Pick and place machine: Mount the electronic component at the specified position on the PCB.Reflow oven: Melt the solder paste and fix it to the mounting element.

Single conveyor: Inspect the quality of assembly and welding to cushion the production line.

The parts

1.Double mounting heads ,each head has 17 nozzles

2.68 feeders station, can produce 2 - 4 types materials at same time, available for LED 3014 / 3020 / 3528 / 5050 and resistors, capacitors, bridge rectifiers etc.

3.Software is researched and developed independently by ETON company, it is also very easy to operate.

4.The guiding rail is used to support and guide the conveying platform to do high precision reciprocating movement in the specified direction.
