LED display technology
a) Cleaning: using ultrasonic cleaning PCB or LED support, and drying.
b)LED display mounting: the bottom electrode of LED tube core (large round sheet) is prepared with silver glue for expansion, and the expanded tube core (large round sheet) is placed on the spinner table. Under the microscope, the tube core is installed one by one on the corresponding welding plate of PCB or LED support with the needle pen, and then the silver glue is solidified by sintering.
c)LED display press welding: The electrode is connected to the LED tube core with aluminum wire or gold wire welder to serve as the lead for current injection. LED directly installed on PCB, generally use aluminum wire welding machine. (Gold wire welder is needed to make white TOP-LED)
d)LED display packaging: through dispensing, the LED tube core and welding wire are protected with epoxy. Dispensing on PCB board has strict requirements on the shape of solidified colloid, which is directly related to the luminosity of the finished backlight. This process will also be responsible for lighting phosphors (white leds).
e)LED display welding: If the backlight is SMD-LED or other packaged LED, the LED shall be welded to the PCB board before the assembly process.
f)LED display film cutting: use punch die cutting backlight required by various diffusion film, reflective film, etc.
g)LED display assembly: Manually install various materials of backlight source in the correct position according to the requirements of the drawings.
h)LED display test: check whether the photoelectric parameters of the backlight source and the uniformity of light output are good.
LED display packaging: the finished products are packaged and stored as required.
