T9 is the model of mounter machine, after SMT line, will need test the whole FPCB and then splitting one piece and one piece, after then will be the waterproof assembly. Final is the test and paking rolling.

How to do machine maintenance
Monthly Inspections This section should be performed by nozzle type and nozzle changing station.
Move the LED light of the lens to check whether the brightness of each LED is sufficient. If it is not bright, the entire LED part should be replaced.
Nozzle shaft Check the O-ring used for each nozzle shaft. If it is found to be aging, replace it in time.
Wipe off the dust and residue on the X-axis screw and apply a thin layer of grease with your hands. Wipe off the dust and residue on the X-axis guide rail and apply a thin layer of grease on it with your hands.

Check the movement of the Z-axis rack and gear, applying a thin layer of lubricant to the rack drive components by hand if necessary.

Wipe off the dust and residue on the W-axis screw, and apply a thin layer of grease on the feed valve by hand. Check whether the solenoid valve can work normally.
Check the conveyor belt for wear and tightness, and replace the belt or tighten the belt if necessary.
