Features

9. The rail is dealt with hardened process to make it more stability.
10. The rail width can be adjusted by manual.(option:automatically by SPG gear motor).
11. Chain Rails will be lubricated by central oil reservior device ,controlled by computer.
12. Strong software system can save all settings and can print all the data and profiles through PC.
13. With flux collecting system to keep inside zones clean and ensures more environmental emission.
14. Nitrogen with machine is option.

SMT Production Line
Semi-automatic printing machine: Simple operation, fast printing speed, simple structure, the disadvantages are less controllable points of printing process parameters, low printing alignment accuracy, poor solder paste demoulding, generally applicable to 0603(inch system) above components, lead pitch greater than 1.27 mm PCB printing process.
FULL-AUTOMATIC PRINTING MACHINE: Printing alignment accuracy is high, solder paste demoulding effect is good, printing process is stable, suitable for the printing of close spacing components, the disadvantage is, maintenance cost is high, the knowledge level of the operator is higher.
Packaging
Step 1: Wrap with stretch film to prevent the equipment from.
Step 2: Vacuum paper packaging and moisture-proof bag, so that the machine can be kept dry during transportation to prevent moisture.
Step 3: Use straps and triangular wood to fix the machine to prevent damage to the machine during transportation.
Step 4: Each exported machine will be equipped with sturdy export wooden boxes, to ensure that the delivered product is good.
