1.PCB:

This is the image of PCB carrier, it is adjustable and fix PCB by software, suitable for max PCB 345*600mm, min PCB 80*110 mm. And the PCB thickness is 0.5-5 mm.

2.Operating system:

HT-F8 is use Yanxiang computer, windows 7 system, but the software is reach and development independently.

3.Vision system:

There are 5 sets of imported camera for HT-F8, vision alignment, use mark correction, insure the high precision.

4.Axis drive way:

There is servo motor control for X, Y, Z axis.

Logistics and delivery:

Our machine packaging will have a fixed packaging process:

1. First apply a film to the machine.
2. Secondly drain the air from the film and vacuum pack it.
3. Then use the rope and bracket to dictate the machine on the board.
4. Finally packed in wooden box.

With the four step, it is very stable and couldn’t move radon.
