Working mode
Using metal scraper, steel mesh, PCB fixed by vacuum suction. The optical positioning point (MARK point) of the substrate and the stencil on the workbench is centered by the printer camera, and the substrate and the stencil are finely adjusted to completely overlap the substrate land pattern and the stencil opening pattern.
Substrate processing function
The substrate processing machine includes transport transport, positioning, and support of the PCB substrate.
Transmission and transportation refers to the movement of the PCB into and out of the PCB and the small movement back and forth before the PCB is fixed.
The positioning of the substrate is divided into two types: hole positioning and edge positioning, and optical positioning to correct the position to ensure accurate position. The support of the substrate is to maintain a flat surface of the printed PCB so that the PCB substrate does not deform and distort during the printing process. The methods used include support PIN, support block and support plate. Supporting PIN is more flexible and less restrictive. It is more commonly used at present; support blocks and support plates are more limited, and are generally used in single-sided processes.
