Product description

1. Considering the raw materials, time and labor cost, this model is recommended to be specially used for the production of 20m, 50m or even longer soft light strips.

2. The thickness of PCB board is thinner than that of other models, with a thickness of 0.5-1.5mm. However, because the access track is of flat plate design, there is no need for top plate cylinder and width adjusting screw rod, because the width of this machine is fixed at 250mm.

3. When designing relevant production lines, we must take into account the length of PCB soft board and the working speed of the mounter, and the buffer frame and buffer belt need to work together to complete the design of the most PCB board.

Vision system

1. T9's visual recognition system has five digital cameras from domestic top brands. One camera is responsible for mark correction, two cameras are responsible for nozzle debugging, and two cameras are responsible for flight recognition.

2. Z axis height calibration: Servo motor and angle motor are used for accurate positioning.

There is no upper limit on the length of PCB board of T9 model, which means that the production of 50 meters or even 100 meters of PCB soft board can be carried out, and four kinds of materials can be absorbed and pasted at the same time, which does not affect the high production capacity of the machine.
