The working principle of the NG/OK double unloader to place the PCB board in the material frame

The empty frame reaches the lifting platform sensor to confirm the position of the material frame through the upper frame entry rail. The stepping motor on the PCB board conveying track controls the pusher to push the board into the material frame. The sensor feels the PCB board enters the frame, and the material frame lifting platform lowers the material frame by one grid for the next PCB board to enter the frame to adjust the position of the material frame. Sequentially until the frame is full, when the sensor senses that the material frame is full, the lifting platform will send the filled material frame to the lower frame out rail.
